    Use elements of mediation and the attorney practice. Extensive experience in mediation in different areas of law: family, employment, inheritance, commercial law. Participated in the John Boel (USA) Course "Mediation and negotiation management" at the Riga Graduate School (2004), as well as German coach-led training of mediators in the Ministry of Justice within the framework of the Twinning Project (2006) and acquired in-depth training of mediators in the "Advanced Mediation Training" (MC Lamb Building ADR and RGSL, 2008). Mediator skills training conducted by representatives of various professions (social pedagogues, psychologists, teachers, lawyers).
